At the time of inception, most sites are not even really “sites” at all. They are often existing properties, derelict or in active use; the staff at Land Science have considerable experience working in all types of scenarios including inside buildings or basements, in public places such as high streets and shopping centres, operational facilities such as gas works or petrol stations, sensitive locations such as schools and hospitals, and even over water.

Safety is a primary concern to us, not just our employees and sub-contractors, but other personnel, members of the public, and the wider Environment. All our staff receive comprehensive safety training, with each project being managed by a designated Site Safety Supervisor. Our staff are CSCS card holders, and our drillers also hold NVQ qualifications. The company has detailed Safety, Health and Environment procedures, and is actively working towards accredited Quality Assurance status.
